We at Century Upholstery are a very detailed oriented business when it comes to our workmanship. All our customers can tell you that our work is great. When doing residential work we know that our clients have specific needs and we listen. They expect that their project will be handled with care and it will.
The process starts with a free in home estimate to inspect your furniture. We sit down with the client and show them samples of fabrics that will work in their home. Once the fabric has been chosen we set up a pick up for their furniture. In some cases we can take it at that time.
Once the pieces arrive at our shop it then gets all the fabric removed, striping it down to the frame. All the springs are retied and any repairs are made as needed. Next step is to cut and sew all the new fabric also replacing the batting, cotton, Dacron and foam. Now the piece is almost finished. The last step is the biggest step. Quality control.
The owner Ron Hanak goes over every piece before it’s delivered. The entire process from start to finish takes around two weeks. We hope you understand that we do care and hope to see you soon.
